FREE 'Speed Dating’ Networking Events
NDP is excited to be facilitating a series of ‘speed dating’ networking events, designed to support practitioners working under the NDIS to meet peers and colleagues from their local area. This exciting series of events will help you connect with others working in the disability sector - expanding your network, and enabling future referrals, multidisciplinary service delivery and/or collaboration.
These free events will run from 6 - 8 pm in several areas across the state. At this stage, we envisage events in Sydney, Newcastle / Hunter region, Northern NSW, Southern NSW, Western NSW and Central NSW. The first event will be held in December.
We'd love your feedback on the locations of these events! Tell us where you would like us to hold a ‘speed dating’ networking event by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

'The Change Room'
The Change Room is a full day workshop designed to equip frontline staff and managers with skills and techniques to overcome barriers to change and manage the change around them. The workshops were held in several NSW locations throughout May and June 2017 and were tailored to support specialist disability services currently provided by the Department of Family and Community Services FACS (those services provided by Ageing, Disability and Home Care under the old structure) that are transferring to non-government organisations (NGOs).
If you missed the workshops, don't worry, a number of resources will soon be available:
- Recorded webinars
- Workbooks
- NDPtv episode
